In 2022, Robin founded and launched Wisdom Circles, LLC. It aims to amplify the impact of conscious leaders by facilitating a community of collaborators. When leaders function in mutually supportive ways according to high-frequency spiritual principles, real magic can happen. Offerings include intimate online groups, retreats, mentoring, and circle facilitator training. Robin is joined by experts who offer specific circles for a variety of explorations.
Robin Mullin is passionate about supporting teachers and leaders by creating dynamic, safe playgrounds where they can explore, expand, co-create and inspire each other. Robin has held a number of senior leadership positions in corporate and nonprofit organizations. Her MA is in Organizational Leadership and she has been an adjunct professor at Chapman University. She served as President of The Inside Edge Foundation for Education for several years and is an expert at building healthy cultures and communities that foster creativity, collaboration, and collective wisdom.
Robin delights in creating adventures for her grandchildren and loves reading poetry, crafting collages, and hosting themed dinner parties. She lives in San Clemente, California, where she finds peace and inspiration strolling the nature trails with her dog.

Offerings include online and in-person groups, retreats and circle leader training’s. Robin is a grateful mother of two sons and one daughter. She is the enthusiastic grandmother of three. She lives in San Clemente, California with her husband, Harry, and their faithful dog, Alopeke.
